2010年 SPARTA LOCALSを解散した安部コウセイと伊東真一を中心に結成。
2012年6月27日に1stフルアルバム｢She See Sea｣をリリース。
2012年12月30日の渋谷CLUB QUATTROのライブを最後にレギュラーサポートベーシストの林束紗が腱鞘炎治療の為卒業。
2013年1月に安部コウセイの実弟で元SPARTA LOCALSの安部光広を迎え現体制となった。
2017年に自主レーベル cat fish labelを設立し、同年10月に1st EP｢LAST NIGHT｣をリリース。
2021年12月、SPARTA LOCALSとのスプリットシングル『≠』をリリース。

現在は2016年12月に再結成をしたSPARTA LOCALSと並行して活動中。

Formed around Kousei Abe and Shinichi Ito, who disbanded SPARTA LOCALS in 2010, the band released their first full album “She See Sea” on June 27, 2012.
Their regular supporting bassist, Tabasa Hayashi, graduated due to treatment for tenosynovitis after their live performance at Shibuya CLUB QUATTRO on December 30, 2012.
In January 2013, Kousei Abe’s younger brother and former member of SPARTA LOCALS, Mitsuhiro Abe, joined the band, solidifying their current lineup.
In 2017, they established their independent label, cat fish label, and released their first EP “LAST NIGHT” in October of the same year.
In December 2021, they released a split single “≠” with SPARTA LOCALS, with whom they’ve been concurrently active since their reunion in December 2016.
